take all your details. A deposit of €150 per person, €50
for children is required to secure your holiday.
The balance should be paid 14 days before arrival. Please make payment
through Paypal or Bank transfer.
Terms and Conditions for Cycling Tours
In participating in a cycling holiday with Cycle Catalan, the client
is aware of the fact that this activity has an element of risk.
It is obligatory that the client has checked with his or hertravel
insurance policy to confirm that he or she is covered to participate
in a cycling holiday.
Cycle Catalan takes all necessary precautions to reduce the element
of risk due to the activity. However due to circumstances that are
impossible to foresee or control, or for negligent behaviour on
the part of the participant(s) Cycle Catalan can not be held responsible
for any accident or incident that may occur.
The information on our website is updated regularly, and is as
accurate as possible, however occasionally tour itineraries may
be altered at short notice. Where possible all guests will be notified
of any changes in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel you holiday with Cycle Catalan, please
confirm this in writing within 8 weeks of your proposed travel.
A 30% administration charge will be deducted from your deposit and
a refund will be made to you through Paypal within 7 days.
